Whether you need assistance with vendor contacts, staying organized, or expert consultations, this package ensures you have everything in place for a seamless wedding day.

This package includes day-of coordination, allowing you to enjoy your beautifully planned wedding without worry.

This package includes:

• Unlimited communication via text and email

• Four 30-minute consultations

• Assistance with budget determination and breakdown

• Support in creating your wedding theme, color palette, and style

• Vendor recommendations tailored to your event's style and budget

• Help in developing a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan

• Follow-up calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding day

• Ceremony rehearsal management (up to 45 minutes)

• Day-of coordination for up to 8 hours

• On-site supervision during the ceremony and reception

• Assistance with the setup of personal wedding items (place cards, favors, guest book, seating chart, etc.)

• Coordination that includes vendor management, setup oversight, ceremony orchestration, and problem-solving

• An emergency kit stocked with essentials (pain relievers, first aid supplies, sewing kit, etc.)

• Management of gratuity and final payment distributions (if provided)
