Our Day-of Coordination Package is designed for couples who have their wedding plans in place and simply need a professional to manage the details on the big day. This package ensures that everything runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration.

This package includes:

• A 30-minute initial consultation to ensure we're the right fit for your needs

• One hour of online consultation during the month leading up to your wedding

• A 45-minute ceremony rehearsal management (if required)

• Assistance in developing a detailed wedding timeline

• Contacting your vendors 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding to confirm all details

• Our team on-site for 8 hours on your wedding day

• Orchestration and coordination of both the ceremony and reception

• Setup of personal wedding items, including gift tables, registration tables, name tags, favors, and centerpieces

• An emergency kit stocked with essentials (pain relievers, first aid supplies, sewing kit, etc.)

Pricing:

• Over 125 Guests: $1,700 (plus travel and accommodation where applicable)

• Tear Down A La Carte Add-On (for over 125 guests): $450
